Everyone who books a free hearing test before May 31, 2026 is automatically entered. No purchase necessary, and you don't need to attend an event to enter.
Open to Sidney area residents 18 and older. No purchase necessary. Winner must be confirmed eligible for hearing aids within one week of accepting the prize. One entry per person. Prize valued at approximately $6,000 and includes standard warranty, loss and damage protection, and lifetime adjustments and clean-and-check appointments. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sidney Hearing Clinic Grand Opening Giveaway runs from May 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM PST to May 31, 2026 at 9:00 PM PST.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
To enter, individuals must book and complete a complimentary hearing test at Sidney Hearing Clinic during the Giveaway Period.
Limit of one entry per person.
Eligibility
Open to residents of the Sidney, BC area and surrounding communities, aged 18 years or older at the start of the Giveaway.
Employees of Sidney Hearing Clinic, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a customized pair of premium hearing aids with an approximate retail value of $6,000 CAD.
The prize includes standard manufacturer warranty, loss and damage protection (subject to manufacturer terms), and ongoing cleanings, adjustments, and care.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification
A random draw will be conducted on or around June 15, 2026 from all eligible entries. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and must respond within 48 hours to accept the prize.
Clinical Eligibility Requirement
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must be clinically eligible for hearing aids, as determined by Sidney Hearing Clinic, and complete this confirmation within one week of accepting the prize. If the selected entrant is not eligible or does not complete this step, another entrant will be selected.
Conditions of Acceptance
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to permit Sidney Hearing Clinic to use their name, image, and story for promotional purposes without additional compensation, and releases Sidney Hearing Clinic from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
General Conditions
Sidney Hearing Clinic reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Sidney Hearing Clinic may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and providing hearing care services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and accept all decisions made by Sidney Hearing Clinic, which are final.
